Roncone is our signature intense fruity extra virgin olive oil, made from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olives grown on our estate overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It has a medium-to-strong fruity taste with complex, elegant notes and vegetal hints of artichoke and dry almond. Perfect on grilled meats, game, legume soups, raw bitter vegetables and a classic bruschetta.
