2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, photographs and prices on the website are provided in good faith. Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated separately and communicated before the order is confirmed.

Olive oil is a natural product: harvest year, intensity and tasting notes may vary slightly from one harvest to the next, while staying within the quality standards we publish.

3. How orders work

Our online shop currently operates on a request-and-quote basis: you place items in the cart and submit the order through the website. We then contact you by email to confirm availability, total cost (including shipping based on weight and destination) and the preferred payment method. The contract is concluded only once we confirm the order.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are communicated in our order confirmation email (typically bank transfer or PayPal). No card data is processed or stored on this website.

5. Shipping

We ship within Italy and to selected EU countries. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days within Italy and 5 to 14 business days within the EU, subject to carrier availability. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), if you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade or profession) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at info@fattorialucapalombaro.com with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the goods, unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days of communicating your decision. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We will refund all payments received from you, including initial delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics that have been opened), and to goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The guarantee lasts 24 months from delivery (12 months for second-hand goods).

8. Experiences and bookings

Bookings for tastings, lunches, tours and cooking classes are subject to availability. The booking request submitted through the website is not binding until confirmed by us by email. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date; later cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking value.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, videos, the "Fattoria Luca Palombaro" trade name and logo, product names) is the exclusive property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, force majeure, or interruption of service due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

Pursuant to art. 14 of EU Reg. 524/2013, consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For users acting in their trade or profession, the exclusive court is Perugia, Italy.
